PLEASE NOTE: All returns MUST include a copy of the RMA Authorization Form located at the bottom of this page, please read through the Returns Policy first before returning any items.
First off, we would like to Thank You for shopping with Rock Rebel Clothing! We enjoy working with each one of our customers and our goal is to offer the best customer support and service possible. We also strive to offer a wide assortment of premium designer brands and independent labels. We do apologize if our return policy seems a bit harsh or strict. We would like to take a moment to explain why this is the case. Since we are not the manufacturer, this limits the amount of time we have to return items back to the manufacturer(s). Which in lieu, has caused us to set the following guidelines for our returns policy. We thank you for your continued support and welcome any suggestions that can make your shopping experience better.
By placing an order with us you must agree to the terms and conditions of our Return & Exchange Policy. These rules have been enforced due to the substantial savings we offer you with Free Shipping.
HOLIDAY RETURNS POLICY
Holiday Returns Policy is extended on orders delivered from November 15 - December 25. We will accept exchanges / store credits on orders placed during that time up until January 15 or 30 days from delivery, whichever is later. All other policies (including refunds) are still bound by the terms as indicated below:
RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to hygienic reasons, we cannot accept any returns for swimwear, underwear, lingerie, undergarments, makeup or jewelry. We also cannot accept any returns for damages which occurred to items when improperly handling or opening packaging (i.e. holes or cuts from scissors, box cutter, etc).
If you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) you ordered we will provide you with an exchange with a store credit by email gift card for all items received (except those listed above) within 30 days of the original delivered shipping date, minus the original incurred shipping/handling costs. All items must be returned in the same condition they were received with proper authorization. All items must be new, unworn and unwashed, free from defects, abnormal smells, and with original packaging and tags attached, if applicable. All items returned that are not in the same brand new condition as received or after 30 days will be refused and returned, no exceptions, and item(s) will be returned at your expense. If a shipment has been sent to you and it is refused or returned to us for any reason then you will be subject to a 30% return fee and issued a store credit by gift card for the remainder.
Preorder / Special Order itemsPreorder / Special Order items are NOT refundable at any time. After shipment, preorder / special order items can only be issued a store credit by gift card only, and are not refundable. No refunds will be given at anytime. If the item is no longer produced by the manufacturer, a store credit by email gift card will be issued in the amount of the original purchase price and sales tax, if applicable. We cannot and will not be held responsible for delays, production times, and/or cancellations of manufacturing of goods as they are beyond our control. For more information, please see our FAQ page.
Shipping Error / Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, size or believe an item could have a manufacturer defect upon delivery, it must be returned within 2 business days and can only be exchanged for the same item. If the item is no longer available, then a store credit by gift card will only be issued, no refunds will be given at any time. Many of the items we carry utilize various techniques including (but not limited to) vintage, dying, and distressing processes that may cause small holes to appear in the garment, these are characteristics associated with the look and are not considered defects. Items damaged due to improper handling or care after receipt do not qualify. Unfortunately, the manufacturer only warrants items for manufacturer defects, which is usually (but rarely) an unfinished seam or open stitch which occurs during the construction process of the garments. Damage that occurs to an item after being worn, stressed, washed and/or stored is not considered a manufacturers defect. The manufacturers actually put the items through various wash processes prior to packaging the items, so if there was any material issues they would have been discovered at that time. Designer brands go through rigorous quality control processes and inspect the items prior to tagging and packaging their items.
Please keep in mind that it is your responsibility to properly care for your clothing and read all care labels to prevent your clothing from falling apart. The clothing brands we carry produce clothing that lasts and holds up wear for year(s). Clothes can break down due to a number of reasons including detergents, bleach, washing, handling or storage. Many laundry detergents contain chemicals or harsh additives that can cause prints and garment color to fade. It may also cause embellishments like rhinestones, studs, grommets or other appliques to loosen. Clothes that are stored in an area prone to heat, cold and/or moisture can cause the fabric to start coming apart. None of these factors are considered manufacturer's defects. We recommend you wash garments using gentle detergent (woolite) in cold water, delicate cycle in a garment bag when washing embellished items. Hang dry, use low heat or air dry setting. Some items are extremely delicate for comfort and a washing machine/dryer could possibly damage the items. Be careful if ironing items, and NEVER iron over foil prints or embellishments.
We will issue a refund if the item is postmarked within 7 days of its receipt on regular/full priced items only (not eligible for orders using a coupon code or any sale, discounted, preorder/special order items). There is a 15% restocking fee on all authorized refunds, plus the original incurred shipping/handling costs. If the item is postmarked and returned after 7 days but received within 30 days, or does not meet the refund policy criteria, you will be issued a store credit by email gift card and the sales tax, if applicable, minus any applicable shipping/handling costs. After 30 days the item will not be accepted and stays with you. No restocking fees are incurred if you select an item exchange or store credit (which will be issued by email gift card).
All items must be pre-paid to ship and we recommend that you insure all returns for the full value by a traceable carrier, preferably USPS or UPS. These guidelines are provided for your protection. We will not be responsible for return shipping losses.
PLEASE NOTE: If you return your original item for an exchange and then want to return your exchange back, you will only receive store credit.
Any orders on in stock items cancelled prior to shipment are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Depending on the order progress, orders may not be able to be cancelled; once orders are sent to our warehouse for shipment, we are unable to cancel them.

We have simplified the return process to make it more convenient for our customers. Download the form below, complete it, and send it along with your return. Return instructions and address information is included on the form. Please note: if you are returning items from multiple orders at one time, you need to fill out a separate form for each order number and only indicate the items specific to that order on the form. All appropriate store credits by email gift card and refunds will automatically be issued after we receive the item(s) back, as well as the sales tax, if applicable, minus any applicable shipping/handling costs or restocking fees. Orders returned with Free Shipping will be pro-rated accordingly. We MUST receive this form completed and signed with your return or we cannot process it and it will be returned to you!
