All orders are processed during weekdays only, Monday thru Friday, except holidays. In stock orders are processed in the order received, with next day and expedited orders being processed first. Delivery times are estimates after shipment and are an approximation only, and in many cases, arrive sooner. We have no control and are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carriers.

 

 

Rock Rebel offers FREE Standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.00. Shipping for orders under $75.00 starts at $5.00. Delivery time is approximately 5 to 10 business days after shipment.

 

Expedited processing is available starting at an additional $12.00 (based on order total). Delivery time is approximately 3 to 5 business days after shipment.

 

Next business day (overnight in most areas depending on delivery location) is available starting at an additional $20.00 (based on order total).

 

Expedited and next business day orders may ship the same day, but can take 1 to 2 business days to ship depending on order time.

 

 

Standard shipping to Canada is FREE over $100.00. Shipping for orders under $100.00 starts at $7.00.

 

For all other countries, standard shipping is FREE over $150.00. Shipping for orders under $150.00 starts at $10.00.

 

Expedited International / Global Express mail (approximately 3 to 7 days after shipment LEAVES THE US) is available starting at $28.00 (based on order total).

 

All International shipments are subject to possible delays due to customs and may incur additional customs duties or taxes.  We have no control over these charges and are not responsible for additional incurred customs charges.  Items are declared based on their charged value; we do not accept customer requests to markdown the item declarations (YOU WOULD BE DEFRAUDING YOUR GOVERNMENT AND IT IS AGAINST THE LAW!!!)  Any items shipped from one country to another are subject to customs fees.  But we have only received feedback from a very small percentage of international customers who have indicated that have had to pay customs fees, so we believe the majority of customers pay little or no customs charges.  But by placing an international order with us, you are acknowledging that you understand there may be customs fees in addition to the item costs and address to pay any additional fees that are imposed.

Taxes vary depending on the destination country, but for Canada only, the approximate taxes are about 6-14% depending on the destination Province plus a $5.00 handling fee.  Most of our items are Made in the USA which qualify under NAFTA (we indicate that on the customs form) and should decrease the imposed taxes to Canada. When taxes are charged, customs will attach a form on the package and the post office will hold it as a COD.  The package will not be released by the post office until all necessary customs fees are paid.  Packages returned to us or refused due to unpaid customs fees will be charged the appropriate restocking fees indicated on our Returns Policy page.
